ABOUT HAGOP
I’m Hagop Ipdjian, an Armenian Cypriot based in Yerevan. I help professional services teams, growing businesses and nonprofits make complex work easier to coordinate, from client handovers to reporting and programme delivery.
I grew up in Cyprus, studied law at Kingston University and spent nine years working with business clients in London across accounting, audit, compliance and restructuring services. I later moved to Artsakh, where I held senior advisory and humanitarian coordination roles during a period of extraordinary pressure. Today I lead programmes at the Tufenkian Foundation.
That path shaped how I work: listen to the people doing the job, clarify who owns what and build practical systems that hold up in everyday use. I work in English and Armenian with teams in Armenia and abroad. You can read more about my public-service background in my Diaspora Office profile.
My recent work brings that experience into practical digital tools: private CRM workspaces, repeatable invoicing and email review systems that keep the next action clear.
